The masterplan provides very generous open space ensuring experiential landscape with active and passive gardens. It features relaxed and seamless connection between towers yet ensures the privacy of a single detached home. Each tower has a dedicated drop off for ease of access and features century old trees, well integrating greens into the core proposition of this nature-inspired community.

The Building is designed by Leandro V. Locsin Partners to make an Illusion of a Floating Tower called the Lantern Effect A Low Density Building with only 100 units at 14 Floors (4 to 8 units a floor) Double height ground floor maximizing view of greens.
